I checked into the Tulsa Hard Rock Hotel on October 29th 2016.My stay at this hotel was a birthday present my mother which was ruined by the staff at the front desk who screwed me out the Vegas King suite which was booked for me by mother as a Birthday present for my Birthday.The front desk did not ever apologize to me or my mother when the entire foul up was their fault! Not appropriate behavior at all for hotel front desk staff! I was put in a room that i did not want because i was supposed be in the Vegas King suite which i did not get because the front desk staff did not know what they were doing! I was also staying at the Tulsa Hard Rock hotel for the :Ghostbusters' Halloween party and i was attending the Ernie Hudson meet and greet.I asked one of the front desk staff if one of them could walk me down and show me where the Ernie Hudson meet and greet was but they were absoulutely unfriendly to me about my simple request and did not anything about my request.
