Unfortunately nobody wants to do that or fix the issue and im just stuck with the most awful experience of my life. I appreciated the new room, however i honestly just wanted my money back or at least a discount on my room in general. 10 minutes later she came back with keys to a new room, set them on the counter and walked away. She stopped talking to me and walked away after i said i just wanted a refund. 13 years in customer service i would never treat someone this way and i cannot believe i was spoken to like this. thats when she said that she would call security and we would have a real problem. When i brought the issues to the attention of the woman at the front desk and said that i was not going to pay that much for this room her response was 'thats cheap' and rolled her eyes at me! I told her not to roll her eyes at me as i should not be dismissed as a customer, and told her that this was a problem. My husband and i decided after a few minutes that we would try to get a new room or cancel all together. The furniture was completely banged up and stained, a layer of dust on top of the headboards, and dirty handprints on the wall.
NEVER again! My 3 small children found candy on the floor from previous guests and there where 2 lights that where burnt out. Booked a room in the buffalo tower for my moms wedding.
